4. Refund Policy

4.1 Services

Clients may request cancellation within 7 days of purchase. We will issue a full refund to the original payment method or, at your choice, a credit toward future services. Scheduled sessions may be transferred to a later date without additional charge, subject to availability. Custom advisory sessions confirmed by both parties are not eligible for a refund due to resource allocation.

4.2 Digital Products

Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase provided the product has not been accessed or downloaded. Once access credentials have been used, all sales are final and no refund will be issued.

4.3 Physical Goods

Physical items may be returned within 30 days of delivery in original condition. To initiate a return, please contact our team. Upon inspection, we will refund the cost to your original payment method. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

5. Cancellation and Transfer

For service bookings, clients must notify us at least 48 hours before the scheduled date to request a change. Approved transfers are subject to availability. No-shows or late cancellations for bespoke services are not eligible for refund or transfer.
